COVID-19 has led to major changes to how we travel. If you plan to jet off to Bavona Valley, the following tips will help you navigate these new rules and challenges:

• Research if any travel restrictions apply to your origin and destination before booking anything. Also check if there are any requirements you'll have to follow on arrival, such as health testing.
• You must wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, including at screening checkpoints. You should be prepared to adjust your mask for identification purposes when asked.
• Rather than handing a TSA employee your boarding pass, place it straight on the reader yourself. Once that's done, hold it up for inspection.
• You can take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your hand luggage. This will need to be removed for X-ray screening.
• To reduce handling during screening, place items such as your phone, wallet and keys into your carry-on rather than the bins.
• Transport any food items in a clear plastic bag and also place them in a screening bin. Separating food from your carry-on means it's less likely a TSA agent will need to open and touch your bag for inspection.
